Slack app improvement

Would be great if Slack app support below features:

  • when incident is resolved, message bar change it’s color from red to green
  • when incident is resolved additional fields are Client/Client_URL are not visible any more and should be there
  • when incident is resolved ACK message disappear
  • option for button “show more” to expand whole message and see more labels inside
